Chocolate Chip, Coffee, White Chocolate Cranberry Pistachio Cookies

Ingredients Needed:

1 egg

1/2 cup of butter, melted and cooled (1 stick)

Directions:

  1. Pour the contents of the chocolate chip cookie mix into your bowl.
  2. Mix in the butter and egg until thoroughly combined.
  3. Preheat oven at 350*.
  4. While the oven is preheating, grab a flat baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Roll 1-2 Tablespoons (depending on how large you like your cookies) of dough at a time into balls and place them evenly spaced on your prepared cookie sheets.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 9-12 minutes. Take them out when they are just barely starting to turn brown.
  7. Let them sit on the baking pan for 5 minutes before removing to cooling rack.

Brownie Cookies

Ingredients Needed:

2 eggs

5 tablespoons of vegetable oil

1 tablespoon of water

Directions:

  1. Pour the contents of the brownie cookie mix into your bowl.
  2. Mix in the oil and eggs until thoroughly combined.
  3. Preheat oven at 350*.
  4. While the oven is preheating, grab a flat baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Roll 1-2 Tablespoons (depending on how large you like your cookies) of dough at a time into balls and place them evenly spaced on your prepared cookie sheets.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 9-12 minutes. Take them out when tops look glossy.
  7. Let them sit on the baking pan for 5 minutes before removing to cooling rack.

Sprinkle Sugar Cookies

Ingredients Needed:

1/2 cup of butter, melted and cooled (1 stick)

Directions:

  1. Pour the contents of the sprinkle sugar cookie mix into your bowl.
  2. Mix in the butter until thoroughly combined. Chill in refrigerator covered for minimally 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven at 350*.
  4. While the oven is preheating, grab a flat baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Roll 1-2 Tablespoons (depending on how large you like your cookies) of dough at a time into balls and place them evenly spaced on your prepared cookie sheets. Take the back side of a spoon and press down.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 9-12 minutes. Take them out when they are just barely starting to turn brown on edges.
  7. Let them sit on the baking pan for 5-10 minutes before removing to cooling rack.

Almond Butter

Ingredients Needed:

1 egg

1/2 cup of butter, melted and cooled (1 stick)

1/2 cup of almond butter

Directions:

  1. Pour the contents of the almond butter cookie mix into your bowl.
  2. Mix in the butte, eggs and almond butter until thoroughly combined.
  3. Preheat oven at 350*.
  4. While the oven is preheating, grab a flat baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Roll 1-2 Tablespoons (depending on how large you like your cookies) of dough at a time into balls and place them evenly spaced on your prepared cookie sheets.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 9-12 minutes. Take them out when they are just barely starting to turn brown.

Pecan Praline

Ingredients Needed:

2 eggs

1 cup of butter, melted and cooled (2 sticks)

Icing:

1 cup light brown sugar

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:

  1. Pour the contents of the pecan praline cookie mix into your bowl.
  2. Mix in the butter and eggs until thoroughly combined.
  3. Preheat oven at 350*.
  4. While the oven is preheating, grab a flat baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Roll 1-2 Tablespoons (depending on how large you like your cookies) of dough at a time into balls and place them evenly spaced on your prepared cookie sheets.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 9-12 minutes. Take them out when they are just barely starting to turn brown. (Now work on your icing).
  7. Let them sit on the baking pan for 5 minutes before removing to cooling rack.

Praline Icing

  1. Stir together the brown sugar and cream in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook until sugar is dissolved and the mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from the heat and whisk in powdered sugar until smooth. Drizzle over cookies or dip the cookies into the icing.
